What to tell us for a storage quote
Send a list or photos of your belongings, approximate dimensions of large pieces, your pickup location and your expected storage dates. Let us know whether you also need collection and delivery. Mention fragile items or anything that requires particular conditions.
Ask about the storage arrangements
Before booking, confirm the storage location, space available, pricing, minimum period, access arrangements and collection or redelivery charges. Ask about protection terms, permitted items and how an extension would work if your plans change. Any special requirements should be agreed in writing.
