Make space before a move or clear unwanted items from a home or business. Ask about sofas, tables, chairs, mattresses and appliances. We review the volume, type and condition of the items before confirming what we can collect and how the pickup will be priced.
Photograph all the items you want removed and explain where they are located. Include the pickup address, preferred date, stairs, elevator access and truck parking. For multiple rooms or storage areas, send separate photos and identify anything that must remain.
Let us know about chemicals, paint, batteries, liquids, leaking appliances or other potentially hazardous items. Acceptance and disposal arrangements must be confirmed first. Heavy items, basement access, long carries and limited parking can affect the equipment, crew and price.
